Dr Cherry Law
London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine
Cherry Law is a Research Fellow at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine (LSHTM). She has a PhD in Economics from the University of Kent and an MSc in Applied Economics from the University of Nottingham. Her research interests lie in the field of food, health and development economics, with a focus on the drivers behind changes in dietary patterns as well as the dietary and health impacts of government policies. She is currently working on understanding the changes in processed food and beverage purchases in India, and the economic impacts of the levy on the soft-drink industry in the UK.
