Carole Dalin is a Senior Research Fellow and Proleptic Assistant Professor in the Institute for Sustainable Resources at University College London (UCL). She holds an Independent Research Fellowship from the UK Natural Environment Research Council (NERC), which aims to develop integrated environmental sustainability indicators for global food production and trade. Dalin is also Principal Investigator on a NERC grant exploring trade-offs and interactions between biodiversity and agriculture globally. As a collaborator on the SHEFS project, she contributes estimates of the environmental impacts of food consumed in the UK, South Africa and India.
